Blue Label Sake

A refined Junmai sake from Den Sake Brewery in Oakland, California. Made from 80%-polished Yamada Nishiki rice sourced in California and pasteurized for stability, Blue Label showcases elevated acidity and nuanced umami—offering bright yogurt-like lactic notes alongside vibrant citrus and stone fruit. Medium-bodied and silky with refreshing mineral salinity and a subtly dry finish, it was crafted to pair seamlessly with both Western and Japanese cuisine. 

Ingredients: Rice, Water, Koji, Yeast.
