Classic Rye

Named Whiskey Advocate's 2015 craft whiskey of the year, the Classic Rye recipe features only rye grain, rye malt, and barley malt to deliver a traditional expression of Pennsylvania rye whiskey. Barrel aging for least six months in charred new oak quarter casks allows a balance of complexity and smoothness, with classic spicy notes up-front and a full, round mouthfeel to finish. Great on the rocks, but also ideal for making a classic Sazerac.
