Beef Cheeks (Frozen)

While we'll admit it's not the most glamorous cut, beef cheeks have a unique combination of tender texture with lean meat. There's nothing better slow-cooked for a ragu, stewed in red wine and tomatoes, or slowly braised with cumin, ancho chile, and cilantro for barbacoa.
