Organic Frisée has the characteristic bitterness of any Endive, but the leaves are long, spread and curling out from the center. The leaves of this chicory are perfect for adding texture to your salads. We recommend using the bitterness of chicories as the perfect base to be contrasted with equally bold acidic and nutty flavors.
