Clearly Kombucha is the brainchild of Ali Zarrow and Caleb Cargle. We brew our kombucha in Fairfield, CA, using a slow, 30-day fermentation process to ensure a smooth (non-vinegary) taste.

Made from whole leaf green tea, our own SCOBY (kombucha culture), and organic fruit juice, Clearly Kombucha has all of the health benefits of kombucha, without any of weird floaty stuff in it.

Clearly Kombucha is made from USDA organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Fair Trade certified ingredients, and yes, it is certified vegan, kosher, and gluten-free!
