La Tur

Caseificio Dell'Alta Langa's La Tur is a soft cheese held by a creamy rind. The cheese is obtained by a long maturation of three milks - cow, sheep, and goat - while the curd is gently processed by hand. La Tur is sweet and creamy, with acidic and yeast flavor notes. Pair this cheese with crackers or bread, add to a beautiful charcuterie board, or eat on its own.
