Campfire Meats

Campfire Meats

Modesto, CA

Campfire Meats is the embodiment of an extraordinary journey, starting with the dreams of its founder, Cowboy Tom. Born in England, he ventured to California in 1997, where his cowboy adventure began. Cowboy Tom worked on a large cattle operation in the picturesque Central Valley of California, embracing the rugged lifestyle, earning him the affectionate nickname "Cowboy Tom."

Over the years, his passions have evolved, transitioning from cattle to pigs and ultimately to chickens. Campfire Meats specializes in cutting and packing portion control chicken for food service customers in Northern and Central California. They take pride in locally sourcing the freshest chicken from family farmers who share their commitment to quality. With a blend of old-fashioned quality and modern processes, Campfire Meats offers you the opportunity to savor the genuine taste of the American West.

This is a family-driven venture, with Cowboy Tom's life partner and children actively participating in their small cattle operation, producing exceptional grass-fed beef on their family ranch in California's Central Valley. Backed by a management team with 126 years of combined food manufacturing experience, Campfire Meats stands for Quality, Service, and Customer Satisfaction. It's a testament to the American Dream and the rich traditions of the American West, inviting you to gather around the campfire at your dinner table and savor the spirit of the West in every bite. Cheers!
