A soft and chewy leavened flatbread baked with fresh roasted garlic from our Gilroy neighbors, Christopher Ranch. Our naan is a great complement to savory and spicy dishes, dipped into your favorite condiments, or as the base of a panini-style sandwich.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and sprinkle water on both sides of the naan, enough to moisten but not soak it.
