Organic Tomato Sauce

Cadia's Organic Tomato Sauce uses vine-ripened tomatoes grown in the San Joaquin Valley, where they soak up the sunshine of central California. Harvested at their peak of ripeness, they are then simmered with garlic, onion, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir a spoonful or more into soups, stews, curries, roasts and braises for a tangy, sweet, tomatoey flavor that adds to the savory character of any dish.
