Whole-milk Greek yogurt
Lemon
Pita bread
What You'll Need
Olive oil
Salt
Step 1
In a nonstick frying pan over low heat, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the dates and sauté until the outsides are crispy and a bit golden, 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, the juice of ½ lemon, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Pour the dates and olive oil over the yogurt sauce. Scoop up with a warmed pita and devour (just be sure to eat around the pits).
