What You'll Need
Chile flakes (optional)
Slice and toast the baguette, then top each crunchy piece with roughly chopped rapini, a squeeze of lemon, and a bit of cheese. Place on a sheet tray and bake in a 350°F oven (toaster oven works too) until the cheese is melting and a little bubbly, about 7 minutes. Add a pinch of chile flakes, if you like.
