What You Get
What You'll Need
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the sausages into coins. Trim and discard any tough ends of the baby broccoli and cut the rest into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop 2 cloves of garlic. Transfer one of the baguettes to the oven to warm, 8-10 minutes, reserving the other for another use.
Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook until warmed through and beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and garlic to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the tomatoes begin to soften, 2 minutes.
Add the baby broccoli to the pan. Cover and cook until the broccoli is bright green and tender crisp, 2-3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, press some of the tomatoes until they burst and release their juices. Add 3 tablespoons of the herb butter to the pan and stir to melt and combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide the sausage and veggies between bowls. Cut or tear the baguette and serve on the side for dunking in the buttery sauce.
