Step 1
Cut the stone fruit into wedges, removing the pits. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Pick the basil leaves, toss the stems, and tear the leaves. Arrange the tomatoes and stone fruit on a platter. Drain the burrata and nestle on top. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Scatter with the torn basil leaves and serve.
