Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Transfer the artichoke dip to a small ovenproof dish, sprinkle with ¼ cup of the Gruyère, and bake until melted and bubbling, 20 minutes. Meanwhile, slice and toast the baguette. Rub each piece of toast with the cut side of a garlic clove. Trim the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Trim the radishes. Arrange the carrots, radishes, and toasts on a platter. When the artichoke dip is ready, set it on the side, and serve warm.
