Trim the base of the romaine, chop the leaves into ½-inch wide strips, rinse to remove any grit, and dry. Wash, trim, and chop the carrots into coins. Slice about 3 of the radishes into thin rounds. In a bowl, combine the romaine, radishes, and carrots, drizzle with the ranch dressing, season with salt and pepper, toss to coat, and serve.
