Roasted Turkey
*To preserve freshness, your turkey will arrive fully cooked and frozen. Please allow several days in refrigeration to thaw the turkey or you can use the quick thaw method using a water bath.
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Remove the thawed turkey from the packaging, and place it in the roasting pan. Bake until warmed through or the internal temperature reaches 165°F, 50 to 70 minutes (follow instructions on the package). Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
Scalloped Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Bake until the potatoes are golden and bubbling, 10 to 15 minutes.
Roasted Parsnips & Carrots
