What You Get
Semi-sweet chocolate baking wafers
Dried berry blend
Toasted pistachios
Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
What You'll Need
Salt
Step 1
Line a sheet pan with parchment.
Step 2
Place 9 ounces of the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave, stirring with a rubber spatula every 30 seconds, until just melted. Stir 3 ounces of chocolate wafers into the melted chocolate, a few at a time, until glossy and smooth.
Step 3
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread it into an evenly thin layer, stopping an inch before the edge of the parchment. (If you have a small off-set spatula, now’s the time to bust it out.) Scatter about ⅓ cup dried berries, 3 tablespoons pistachios, 3 tablespoons pepitas, and a couple of pinches of salt over the melted chocolate. Let rest at room temperature until set, 2½ to 3 hours.
Step 4
Break the bark into pieces and serve. Transfer any leftover bark to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
