What You Get
Pâte or rillettes
Remove the white skin from the salame, and slice into thin rounds. Arrange the salame, prosciutto, and duck charcuterie on a large board. Place the olives, pickled accoutrements, and mustard in small bowls, and set out an empty bowl for pits. Pile crackers on the side and serve.
