Our beef birria is slow-cooked in the Good Eggs Kitchen with chiles, spices, tomatoes and onions, creating a rich broth, perfect for dipping. We love serving this rich tender meat simply with warmed tortillas, cilantro and a squeeze of refreshing lime. Our housemade guacamole and pico de gallo make these tacos a homerun!
