Step 1
Slice and toast the bagels. Thinly slice the red onion.
Step 2
Place the bagels on plates, and spread with the cream cheese. Top with the lox and a few red onion slices. Sprinkle with capers and serve.

Note: Your lox will arrive frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or for same-day use, submerge the sealed package in a bowl of cool water for about 30 minutes.
