1 24 oz. package of Primavera Tamales
1 Hass Avocado, sliced
1 container of Primavera Organic Roasted Tomato Chipotle Salsa, 10.5 oz.
1 lb. Organic Limes
1 head of Organic Green Cabbage
Olive Oil
Warm your tamales. Purists will have you steam them over the stove, but if you're looking to save a bit of time, they're just as good heated in the toaster oven.
Step 2Slice your cabbage into quarters, then into thin ¼" ribbons. Place in a large bowl. Add lime juice and a glug of olive oil. Toss with salt and pepper and adjust to taste. Finish the salad with the slices of avocado on top.
Step 3Serve tamales alongside the salad and salsa. Dig in!
