Vin Gris de Cigare is a Rhône style made in the Central Coast. Fairly fruity up front with notes of black currants, damson plum, and rosehips, it's pleasantly dry on the palate with flavors of citrus zest and a wonderfully austere stony finish. This well-balanced rosé pairs with all your favorites, from seafood to summer salads, grilled veggies, and richer fare like fried chicken or soft cheeses.
