Bo Peep Sheep's Milk Cheese

Bo Peep is a small, semi-soft round of bloomy ripened sheep milk cheese, mild and richly moist. It pairs perfectly with fresh fruit or a fruit compote. Bo Peep is aged for 2 months before market and is produced in a small flat disc format, about the same size as Camembert.
