Producer notes: Our Roaster's Reserve comes from Tarrazu Don Roberto on the slopes of San Marcos Tarrazu. The Rojas family has been growing coffee at this location since 1926. Grown at high altitudes and then handled with the utmost care after picking, we selected this lot for its classic coffee character, excellent sweetness and a touch of acidity for a crisp finish.
