Vanilla Ice Cream

Bi-Rite's spin on the classic Vanilla Ice Cream is made with two kinds of Madecasse vanilla, giving it a richly aromatic flavor that's the opposite of "plain vanilla." This ice cream is unforgettable scooped onto a warm slice of pie, or with a drizzle of olive oil (trust us!), hot fudge, or caramel sauce on top—but it doesn't need those bells and whistles to shine. Try it by itself and you'll know just what we mean.
