K Sabatier Oyster Knife/Shucker

Sabatier oyster knife with 2.5″ pointed stainless steel blade, brass bolster and pins over a rosewood handle. A great nimble but sturdy knife that works quickly and smoothly into the joint with a minimum of crushing. Comfortable in the hand an easy on the eyes to boot. Made in France.
