Rigatoni

A Good Food Awards winner! Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Rigatoni is made by hand at their facility in San Francisco. Made from West Coast grains in both California for (King Desert Durum) and Washington (Horse Haven Hollis).  Intact, essential nutrients and amino acids and tons of flavor. We love it tossed with pasta water, olive oil/butter and a little grated Parm.
