Green Fettuccine of the Season

Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Green Fettuccine is made by hand less than a mile from our Foodhub. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains tons of nutty, slightly sweet flavor. Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute, yielding long strands with a slightly springy, chewy, delicate texture and a delicious flavor. We love it tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs—or a little grated Parmigiano wouldn't go astray. Herbs in this pasta change with each season; Spring- nettle, Summer- spinach, Fall- sage, Winter- rosemary
