Bucatini

Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Bucatini is made by hand less than a mile from our Foodhub. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains all the nutty, slightly sweet flavor of hard white wheat . Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute, yielding long strands with a slightly springy, chewy, delicate texture and a delicious flavor. 

Ingredients: semolina, hard white wheat, red wheat, red fife, spelt, water, rice flour (only used on outside of pasta to prevent sticking).
