There's not much that smells more like the holidays than freshly baked sugar cookies cooling, waiting to be frosted in all colors of the (natural) rainbow. Batter Bakery's Sugar Cookie Dough is ready to roll out, cut, and bake into all the cutest shapes you can imagine. Just let the dough thaw to room temperature, preheat your oven to 375 degrees (a toaster oven works too, in a pinch!), roll the dough out to about 1/4" thick, and break out the cookie cutters. Transfer the dough shapes to a lined sheet tray and bake for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden and deliciously fragrant.
Ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour, unsalted butter, granulated cane sugar, eggs, vanilla bean, salt.
