Our bagels are a hybrid of the East and West Coasts. They are boiled and baked to give the bagel an East Coast chewy but crunchy texture. We use a sourdough starter base to give our bagels a touch of San Francisco flavor.
We pride ourselves on using local high quality fresh ingredients, including flours milled in the Bay Area. We also support local farmers by using seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets. We provide fresh, artisan products to the Bay Area and are located in Oakland's Jack London Square district.
