Aurora Glögg

Aurora Glögg all started as a sort of a hobby-like business to sell glögg to fellow Nordics in the Bay but quickly sold out and always had more demand than supply. They created Aurora in search of a locally made authentic glögg with clean ingredients and no artificial flavorings. This is why they steep winter-botanicals in antioxidant-rich black currant and blueberry puree, and concord grape juice, and sweeten it with a touch of sugar, creating a traditional Nordic holiday mixer. They are a women-owned business with an aspiration for equality with other female food entrepreneurs to fulfill their entrepreneurial dream. They donate 1% of our total sales to support La Cocina SF, a non-profit working to solve problems of equity in business ownership for women, immigrants and people of color.
