Tropical Hazy Sour Ale

This Tropical Hazy Sour Ale is brewed using traditional souring kettle method. During the fermentation process, real guava and passion fruit are introduced which give this sour ale a tart and refreshing taste. This sour ale pairs well with ceviche, sharp cheddar, and pad thai.

Ingredients: Hops: Chinook Malts: Pale Two-Row, Malted White Wheat, Rice Hulls Yeast: House Adjuncts: Guava and Passion Fruit.
