Thai Coconut Soup

Amy's Tom Kha Phak or Organic Thai Coconut Soup is a vegan, gluten-free version of a traditional Thai favorite. Sweet coconut milk is swirled with mild spices and brimming with organic tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, green beans, and more (so you'll get plenty of vitamins and protein in every spoonful). Plus, the BPA-free can keeps your soup fresh, delicious, and shelf-stable until opened! A great pantry staple, or pack along for road trips and camping adventures.

Heating Instructions:
Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1½ to 2 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute. Stir. Serve.

 Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
