Organic corn tortillas are hand-rolled and stuffed with organic black beans and vegetables, then covered in a traditional Mexican-style enchilada sauce. Spanish rice and pinto beans come alongside the enchilada, making this a great complete meal for those days when time is limited or when you don't feel like cooking.
