Mexican Casserole Bowl

Amy's Mexican Casserole Bowl contains organic corn masa, black beans, corn and olives are dredged in a tomato based enchilada sauce and cheese. It has all the traditional flavors of a tamale, but in bowl form. This bowl can be cooked in the microwave, conventional oven, or toaster oven; please look at instructions on the package for more details.

Ingredients: filtered water, organic corn, organic corn masa (organic stoneground corn, trace of lime), organic black beans, monterey jack cheese (pasteurized milk, culture, salt, enzymes), olives, organic tomato purée, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic sweet rice flour, organic onions, spices, sea salt, organic garlic, organic cilantro.
