With six hearty, cheesy enchiladas, Amy's Kitchen's Family Sized Cheese Enchiladas has plenty of goodness for the whole family to enjoy. Each enchilada starts with an organic corn tortilla that's filled with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, bell peppers, and olives in a mildly spiced traditional Mexican chile sauce. Reheating instructions are on the package.
Heating Instructions:
Microwave Oven - Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on MEDIUM for 12 minutes. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 5-10 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
