Rye'd Piper

Rye'd Piper is Ale Industries' unique winter seasonal. Deep ruby red in color, Rye'd Piper is brewed with rye malt that lends an earthiness and spiced quality that compliments and balances the big caramel, chocolate and toasty malt flavors. the beer is finished with a bold hoppy quality of pine and citrus to balance it all out. Pairs well with spicy fare or stinky cheeses.
