AIX Rosé

Aix Rosé is an elegant and classic Provençal rosé. Light salmon in color, the organically grown Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and a hint of Carignane grapes give this wine bright aromas of fresh watermelon and ripe strawberry. On the palate the aromas transfer with the addition of berry and rose petal, in a light and refreshing body and crisp, dry finish. Pair with a simple green salad with your favorite summer fruit, fresh goat cheese, and toast, or BYOB to your favorite fried chicken and waffles spot.
