Cooking class - Perfect Pizzas! April 5th

Love a great pizza but haven't been able to perfect one at home? Its all about the crust!!  Let Chef Jodie Rubin teach you how!  She will share her recipe with you and teach you the tricks for making, and baking, pizzas at home.  

We will make the dough from scratch and fabricate our own pizzas out of local produce, meats and cheeses.  You won't believe how good pizza can be!

We will also be sampling Engracia wines as we perfect our pizzas.  Engracia wines are fabulous!  A local winemaker in nearby Sebastopol, Michael Faulk will be here himself to pour his wines and tell you all about them.

Class information -

• Time: 3 - 5pm
• Cost is $65 per person
• We will cook and eat pizza in class and you will return home with your own homemade pizza dough!
• Please bring an apron and plan to tie back long hair
• Class will be held at Twisted Horn Ranch in Bloomfield CA.  About 15 minutes west of Petaluma and 15 minutes east of Bodega Bay in beautiful West Sonoma County.
