Pie-making 3: Custards and Nuts! Let us show you how to bake perfect Southern Custard this pie day - from mixing an rolling the crust to mixing the perfect custard filling! We'll share our tricks for a perfectly browned pre-bake and have you churning out seasonal pies like a champ! You'll go home with your own 6" Lemon Chess pie, a full-sized pre-bake, and a disk of dough so you can bake a full-sized pie at home! Plus we'll chow down on pecan pie in class. Fun times!
