A marinade commonly found in Vietnam, The Slanted Door's Lemongrass Marinade is a combination of salty and sweet. Fragrant from fresh chopped lemongrass, it is best for grilled meats such as pork, lamb chops, and beef. Marinate smaller cuts of meat for about 30 minutes and larger roasts overnight.
