Join Minh Tsai, tofu master and founder of Hodo Soy Beanery, to learn about the history, art and science of making great tofu and how to harvest yuba (the cream of soy milk). The class will provide you a good understanding of the texture and flavor profiles of various types of tofu, which will serve as a foundation to developing recipes at home. Minh and his team will also demonstrate different cooking methods and ways of working with tofu textures through the sumptuous menu below. You will get the opportunity to make and savor freshly made tofu, and taste the delicious tofu dishes from the class. Menu includes:
